Elevations at HTMT: Yagnesh Sanghrajka is Global CFO

HTMT announced two senior level elevations in the company - Yagnesh Sanghrajka, Global CFO and B N Narashima Murthy, Senior Vice – President, Business Transition and Domestic Markets with immediate effect.

In his enhanced role as Global CFO, Yagnesh Sanghrajka will be responsible for Finance, Accounts and Administration departments of India operations apart from continuing his existing roles of Corporate Finance, Accounts and Treasury as well as F&A monitoring of all HTMT locations and subsidiaries worldwide. The Finance / Accounts heads of all HTMT locations in India and overseas locations will be reporting to Yagnesh. He will be operating out of Bangalore

Yagnesh is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and has over 15 years of rich experience in Finance, Treasury management, Taxation, Accounts and Administration, out of which the last 7 years has been with the Hinduja Group in Hinduja TMT at the Corporate Office.

In his elevated role, B N Narasimha Murthy will be responsible for the planning of operations for HTMT’s IT enabled Services and domestic markets. He will additionally be responsible for all domestic business acquisition, delivery and support.

With over 18 years of experience with leading organizations of which last 9 years have been with Hinduja TMT ltd. Murthy has successfully transited complex off shore projects in Telecom and Health care to India.

Narasimha Murthy is a post graduate from the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata and holds a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology.
